"A wonderful stay in a fascinating town. Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast varied daily with fresh fruit, cold meats and cheese and a great range of breads, cakes and biscuits made by Lia. Home made jams too, including cumquat - what a treat! There is a sunny terrace on the top floor that is ideal for relaxing after a busy day sightseeing. We would love to return to this haven."

"At the arrival time (4:40pm) the heating was not working. My room was cold and the bathroom had no hot water. The staff came and after three and half hours, it has started working. I was moved into another room with hot water, but the heating was off. Still, the room was not warm till 8:15pm. The staff was supportive, but they should have checked the heating before my arrival. The location is great and the breakfast is offered at a small pastry (200m from the property)."

"The property was in a great location in the countryside, peaceful, and a short scenic walk (about 800 metres) down the hill from Assisi. If you like a bit of exercise and and can walk this distance then it is a perfect way to get to the town each day and enjoy the expanding views when you go up the hill. Our host Giulio was exteremely helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful stay in the area. "
