The hotel is right on the river surrounded by lots of dining options and cheap but good quality products for sale. Walking distance to almost everything in Muar including Tanjung Emas park, well worth a visit

Check-in was quick. Room quality was 50:50, the sink is broken, water just leaks out. bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, has bird feather. otherwise it's all good.

Other than the parking issue (which is limited), the stay was good. Check-in was swift and fast. Room was clean and quiet. Location of hotel and view from the room was superb.
