"The place/hotel to go if cleanliness is your priority. Buffet breakfast was great, with a fair amount of healthy choices. Location not the most ideal if you don’t like mingling or the hussle and bussle (kind of crowded area, with lots of all kinds of traffic). Morning loud speaker prayers (at least x3 from 4am to 6am) also kind of a nuisance ... no offence to our moslem brothers. Perfect if you're a people person who like to immerse in other people's cultures; lots of eating/shopping/socializing places."

"The hotel was pleasant. Very clean and the staff were helpful - I was moved to a sea-facing room when I requested it. I would recommend this hotel to others who are visiting Oyster Bay in Dar es Salaam. The one issue I encountered was finding a working contact email address, which I require in order to request an invoice of my stay there. Otherwise, really great hospitality."
