Maybe we were the unlucky ones but we were welcomed with unswept floors, non-working toliet with a surprise from a previous unsuccessful flush, dead insects, and no hot water. We had to run the water for 2-3 minutes to get 'luke warm', not convenient for our small children. The location is great—just a short walk to coffee shops, bakeries, pharmacies, and markets. It’s also very close to Chora and the beautiful Naxos Old Town, which made exploring super easy.
