Yangın merdiveni kilitliydi, asansör calismadiginda kullanmak istedik ama kapalı kaldık. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi."

"Far from Erciyes, we came for skiing, the apartments are new and very comfortable. Area is just apartment buildings , most of them empty stil. Mostly new buildings. Ok for a week and for ski holiday."
