"This is an older style motel that has been remodeled extensively. The rooms are clean, comfortable and have a nice TV, great air conditioning, Wi-Fi, etc. There is a coffee maker in the room along with a microwave and mini fridge. The bed was a bit too firm for my back but very clean with nice bedding and good pillows. The bathroom was extremely small and narrow, which made taking care of business a little challenging. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and breakfast is provided from 6 to 10 AM every day. It is truly a continental breakfast with no protein sources other than some yogurt and sausage gravy, with the typical muffins, cereal, etc. There are lots of fast food options close by and it’s not very far off the freeway. It’s a pretty basic, no frills property but reasonably priced. We were just passing through for one night and it met our needs. I would stay again."

"This place was a magical place to stay - it has everything you could need and more. The place was easy to find, the check-in process was smooth and well communicated, it was a very peaceful stay with our dogs. Giving the horses treats and pets was a highlight in addition to beautiful sunset views with deer in the fields. We wish we would have stayed longer!"

"Man is this place peaceful and quiet. The river was dried up but that is natures issue. The porto potty kitchen showers and tent were clean. So many amenities to support the “city life” and “camping life”. Quick responses from the owner. Would recommend."

"Everything about our stay was wonderful. We love the deck setting, the clean and comfortable RV, the fact that the air conditioner was on for us and morning coffee available too. Would highly recommend this place and hope to return again sometime. Thank you very much."
