"The property had just opened which influences all of our experiences. They took a while to find our Expedia reservation, our room had a foul smell, the shower drains were clogged and almost flooded our rooms. The room designs are strange with partial bathroom doors.

And they wanted to charge me an extra 500PHP for a bed. And of course I didn't pay. And they put a mattress for the child to sleep on. Other than that, the Resort is old. There are leaking faucets that wet the bathroom floor. The toilet lid is broken. The pool has green water. They turned off the pool lights early. Making it impossible to enjoy the night. The place has an extra 100php per adult and 50php per child for the Environmental Fee. And this information was not available anywhere. to get to the Resort. I thought I was being taxed for being a tourist. Anyway, I will not go back to the hotel. I did not feel comfortable trying the cuisine. I ordered food from Grabb."
