"I was given a room that had windows that could not be opened. The fire alarm went off twice during my 11 days stay and in the very early hours of the morning. The room had a musty smell. All of this when the room costs were nearly £140 per night. Had the staff not been quite friendly and supportive, it would not have been a manageable stay. I would not stay here again. The good parts however are the gym facilities, the rooftop pool and the restaurant with good food."

"Our first time to Malta and we clearly made the right decision to stay on the West Coast for a peaceful rest, amazing beaches and outstanding customer service at the Radisson Blu. Shout out to all the restaurants for quality and delicious meals, we visited them all and the attentiveness was amazing. Pros: Private beach, clean pools, spacious public areas, bus stop to Valletta just outside, beautiful sunsets. Cons: No party vibe, just 1 restaurant in walking distance."

"This was our 3rd visit to the Pergola. Love the location away from the main road and the view from the hotel across to the church and Gozo in the background is amazing. We had breakfast included and the choice was excellent. The hotel is part of a group called G3 and we have eaten at several of their restaurants and the standard is also excellent. Bed was super comfy, hotel itself is beautifully bohemian and traditionally Maltese and amenities were a bonus - loved the rooftop bar with its stunning views. Het enige grote minpunt zijn de deuren van de kamers - die blokkeren geen geluid van buiten, dat betekent dat je alles hoort wat er op de gang gebeurt: elk gesmijt van deuren en gesprekken/dronken geschreeuw of gelach van anderen is erg hoorbaar en kan ervoor zorgen dat het je nachtrust verstoord.
