"This hotel in a colonial style typical of East Africa was just a gem. We were given a nice room, large enough and with all we could wish for. The staff as all Tanzanians were just the friendliest and most helpful, going out of their way to make our stay a delay. We felt cared for and appreciated. When we go back to Tanzania we will go back to Slipway. The area of the hotel offered everything the heart would enjoy on a vacation: Nice walks, good restaurants, little gift shops, clothing shops,...
