A picturesque farm house situated in the rolling green hills of South Gippsland. A perfect couples escape for peace and tranquility as well as a gateway for exploration to experience the amazing scenery, beaches, eateries, vineyards and markets the region has to offer.
This cozy farmhouse is situated on a 1.5 acre block. The house with its beautiful garden has 1 bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen, lounge room, reading and dining space as well as the outside deck and patio that open up into the beautiful garden areas.
The master bedroom contains a queen sized bed, fresh linen, plenty of wardrobe storage space, ceiling fan and a glorious garden view to wake up to each morning.
The lounge room is the perfect place to relax any time of the day. Large windows allow you to enjoy the outside space from within. There is a TV and DVD player with a small selection of DVDs, games and gas fire place.
Bathroom provides all the essentials. Bathtub, shower, toilet, basin, bath towels. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel is provided. There is a small hair dryer available.
The kitchen has electric 4 burner stove top, oven and fridge. Tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil are also provided. Dining can be either at the kitchen bench or at the dining table looking out into the garden, or wherever you please. Out from the kitchen is another comfortable lounging space perfect to put your feet up and get into a good novel.
The house boasts plenty of sheltered outdoor decking space that provide exquisite garden views from all angles. Take a pleasant walk through the garden space, stopping to enjoy the roses and many other flowers when in bloom, and say hello to the sheep in the paddock.
There is a nice open sloping grassy hill where you can sit and enjoy the pleasant green surroundings South Gippsland has to offer. The surrounding outdoor space along the paddock is a co-shared space for all guests to enjoy. You are welcome to light a fire in the established fire pit (NOTE: FIRE RESTRICTIONS DEC-MAY). You are welcome to utilise any herbs and greenery in the vegetable garden if you please. You are welcome to walk down into the paddock to see the sheep but please do not take your pets in, it might stress out the sheep.
Pets are welcome onto the property. Please note that the property is fenced but not 100% secure so dogs do need to be under your supervision or tied up if left outside to avoid wandering off the property. Well behaved pets are welcome to go into the house but please do not leave animals alone in the house unattended. If you wish to go out for the day please take your pet with you.
Your hosts Tom and Ellie lives in a completely separate dwelling on the property and available to assist if you need assistance during your stay.
