"Room was small, lots of space taken up with an inexplicably large desk. River view was actually view of the road and car park then the river. Expensive for what it was."

"The hotel is currently undergoing renovation, which means there is no lift until June 2026, and they only told us this the night before we arrived. The room at the end of the corridor is not great ... the toilet is in a separate en-suite, with no hand-washing facility, from the bathroom. There is secondary glazing to keep out street noise, but it's very large and cumbersome to open. Beds were very soft, room a bit warm. Staff were good at addressing some of these issues, and it looks like the renovation should make the place a lot more modern when it's finally finished, but better communication would have been good."

" Very clean room, A/C heating is not my favorite but it warms the room. Shower door not properly sealed so it is a bit of flood in the bathroom after showering. Everything else, spotless! "

"We booked this room to escape the New Years Eve fireworks with our dogs - and it was perfect! The hotel was completely soundproof, and very easy to get to from the highway, with lots of parking. The room was very comfortable, and not cramped at all. The mattress was one of the best hotel mattresses we have slept on, with comfortable pillows as well (and extra pillow options at the front desk too!). We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the food was very good (amazing goat cheese crostini), so that was a super bonus. All around, it was a perfect choice for what we needed."

"We booked a studio suite for 3 people. Room was clean and spacious. Very comfortable with fridge, microwave and cooker. Suitable for a wheelchair user. We were only staying one night so didn’t get the full use of the room. However for a longer stay it would have been very useful. "

"Nice big room, very comfortable bed and great bathroom, easy parking, shame about the building works but did not impact stay. Air-conditioning in room did not work and it was a very hot weekend with no breeze so room was very hot. Otherwise perfect "
