"Our party of 12 of all ages had a great break in this fantastic property. The layout worked superbly for 4 different families yet allowed us to come together for large meals together. The secure pool area was especially good for the grandkids. The property is close enough to the beach yet set in quiet countryside, so there is something for everyone. Thanks you Carine and Landry for providing some great memories for our family."

"A comfortable and practical house centrally located in Ars en Re, everything is in walking distance. The house is well equipped and would easily accommodate 4 people. Slight shame that bedrooms look out on parking area. Ars is a lovely village with shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants and it’s a great base for exploring the island. We hired bikes and spent a very happy week cycling to lovely beaches, spotting birds and eating oysters! Wyatt our contact was friendly, helpful and responsive."

"Had a fantastic 10 days with the family. Our host was very welcoming. Spacious and functional house, inside and out, perfect to accommodate all 13 of us with plenty of communal areas. Ideally designed so that each of our 4 family units had their own bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. One small draw back, hot water ran out for the 6 people in the main house, despite very quick showers, but it didn't spoil the holiday. Well equipped kitchen and laundry room. "The cottage is so perfectly located, just two minutes walk to the stunning beach. A fifteen minute walk to the lighthouse where there is a good selection of cafes, restaurants and gift shops. The St Clement The cottage is equipped with absolutely everything you need!! Facilities at the cottage are perfect for a long stay. Lots of beautiful antiques give the cottage character and a homely feel. Jean François was really helpful and responded quickly to all our messages and any questions."

"The property is lovely but a little tired in the garden area. Check in was terrible, the keys were not at the property, had to stay in a hotel for 2 nights whilst a spare set of keys were located. The stay in the hotel was refunded by the agent which was good. Toilet flush stopped working last week there, could not contact the agent/person responsible for property, had to full toilet with water each time needed to use it for last week there. Even on day of check out no one had come to repair...
