We felt welcomed, secure, and a quiet place to just relax in the evenings. The cottage has a lot of old age charm, artistic touches and a very warm welcome by our hostess. Very cllean, no mod cons, but who needs those? It’s a holiday venue for relaxation."

"We were visiting Kilkenny and chose Kate’s Rest to stay at. The owner was so kind and took the time to chat and help us with anything we needed, it was a very personable experience. We stayed in a beautiful apartment (we had one double and two twin beds) what came with a kitchen and lovely open shower. The views are unbelievable and it was a great location. We would highly recommend a stay at Kate’s Rest. "
