"I liked the location of this property, good access to food and site seeing! Very comfortable place, clean and just like being at home. The garage was a nice plus, parking on the street would have been difficult!! Biking in the immediate area was very good, if going further might have been traffic congested / a little more dangerous. Great access to public transportation, busses, rapid trains and ferries!"

"Although it’s basic it’s CLEAN, great communication with owner, little benefits like coffee, bottled water, toiletries such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste. Would definitely rent again or other properties from the owner. AND if you’re hungry and like Puerto Rican food the brunch box down the street was great."

"Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the price. We found mold in the shower and had to flag down a cleaning crew in the hallway to have it addressed. Overall, the cleanliness of both the room and the hotel left a lot to be desired. Check-in was also disappointing. The person checking us in was on a speakerphone call throughout the process, barely paying attention to us. The location is fine, but overall, definitely not worth what they charge."

"Great apartment, wasn’t 100% aware it was a second and third floor but the top floor was huge Bottled water available and easy to get to trains (HBLR) and buses into Exhange place and then to NYC Some things a bit high on the kitchen for my 5ft wife but all great. Neighbourhoods a bit noisy at times but well worth a stay"
