"The unit itself is cute and cozy. But upon arrival there was buckets of tools and a shopvac sitting inside, some construction dirt on the floor. I messaged Kevin and the only responses i get are automated. It was annoying to say the least. I mean who wants to spend that kind of money for a romantic night and have buckets of tools sitting around?! Also multiple times in previous correspondence it mentions that its possoble to get a late check out. Well i messaged about it, and never really get a...

"Online pictures and description painted picture of spacious 0one room condo. This is tight 2 queen hotel room. No soap in bathroom. Tv nonfunctional that after second call property engineer got working. “Walk to gondola” I guess if you are into long walks. There was a shuttle. Online says parking spot but we were told it was 100% valet only which was a hassle."

The unit is in excellent shape, accurately described, and in the best possible location for a great ski vacation. The condo is properly outfitted and stocked with all items needed to make a stay feel like you are at home (dishwater, flatware, utensils, etc). Highly recommend and will definitely stay again."

"The penthouse in the Peaks was beautiful with fantastic views and was comfortable and cozy. There is a very large space upstairs to gather and large bedrooms and bathrooms on the main floor. Awesome location to ski in / out w valet service in property. Very clean "
