"Check in after arrival was easy, the reception staff friendly and helpful at all times, the concierge helpful regarding sites to visit and directing me to places, though some places can be reached by walking instead of taxi (surely after respecting certain precautions, i.e. ladies leave your Gucci bags and diamonds at home) but I think it is just a safety first policy by the hotel. "The dirtiest hotel we have seen so far on our Indonesia trips (we have been easily in over 25 hotels so far).
Also the first time we requested to get new rooms ever. First room: Garbage on the floor, hairs in the bed, clear sign of sheets not changed, walls need repainting, tv screen dirty, used guest shoes, huge spider webs in corners, dusty windows, stsins in bath room snd towels etc. etc.
