"Great stay, small bathroom needs some remodel work, and would recommend keeping the heaters on as it takes about 24 hours to heat up the house in the winter. "

When arriving, we initially thought our stay would be in the cute home next door. Though the address I was given wasn't the next door address, we thought surely we wouldn't be staying in someone's back yard. We were wrong. Parking is in the host's driveway, behind their personal vehicles. We were reluctant to park there because we didn't want to block anyone in, but the host...

"I like the property but just going into it the road is to hard to much rocks, Just in the cabins and hacienda needs more of deep cleaning, a lot of cobwebs, dust, sweeping, mopping, toilets very duties, "

"We had such a great time during our stay at this property! Our group consisted of three families coming together with kids of multiple ages. Everyone slept comfortably and there were plenty of beds for all! The kids enjoyed running around the grounds. They loved looking at the horses in the morning, playing on the zip line and taking dips in the hot tub in the evenings! This place is perfectly located within the town of Kernville. Thank you again for all of the fun!"

"It was nice we were in between Kernville and a mile or two from the lake so I made it easy access. The house is setup nice Bbq grill clean pool . Highly recommend Javier is a great host . "

"The locations was great. Just a flight of stairs down from the property to the kern river. There was a nice patio with tables and chairs to sit and enjoy the river. The room was clean and had a fun rustic decor. "
