"well we had changed our reservation a week before our trip and had paid for it in full but the change was never sent to the hotel so it caused a lot of trouble at checkin. The hotel staff was amazing and was able to fix it for us and give us what we needed. The room was a King siite with a hide-a-bed in the couch. This worked well untill bed time. But we made it work with my adult son who is in a wheelchair"

"Beautiful high end hotel in the heart of downtown Boise. The use of the gym was my favorite part. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and sauna the night we arrived and the large gym the next morning. The whole area is walkable to restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend!"
