"Wow. Fantastic. Completely amazing experience - you can tell the host took time to create the property because it feels like a home, not a house. We stay as two adults and we also had three dogs - all had a blast. I plan to stay here again sometime in the future."

"An excellent cottage to stay in. Has great privacy. Everything is very comfortable. The bathroom is great with the walk in shower having hot water immediately. I stayed during a colder period, but space heaters were provided so it was very comfortable. Having the fridge and kitchen equipment was a great convenience. Everything was clean and well cared for. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Our son lives only 4 blocks away, so location was perfect! Also an easy work to downtown or Hyde Park section. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It was especially nice to have a private, well maintained outdoor space since our weather was great. The only area in need of improvement in my opinion was the mattress. It is on the softer side which may be a problem for some people. We slept okay but would have preferred it firmer. That said, I would stay here again...

"This place is absolutely amazing!! We ended up not even driving the car because we could walk everywhere for our event at the arena! Its is right on the college campus, but noise was not too loud that it kept us up. We will definitely be back! "

"I was half tempted to write a negative review so that this property would always be available when I went to Boise! I loved this place. Friend and I checked in on Wednesday and were immediately comfortable. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with every implement and tool one could want. We found a bottle of wine and a fresh loaf of artisan sourdough awaiting us. Beds were comfortable, top notch linens were sweet and towels were fluffy and fully stocked. "Both house and property are beautiful. The house is huge with plenty of room for a large group. The theater room and shuffle board table were the hit of the weekend. The house is well stocked with everything one would need. The host was great to work with and very responsive to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this property!"

Luke was always very quick to respond with any questions we had ( literally within 15 minutes of a question).
