"We had a room on the top floor facing the pool / lake area - it was beautiful! The spa was incredible, and the restaurants were amazing. Lots of shopping; and the aviary was my personal favorite, since I love parrots. The only 'oddity' was the room that had a sliding door which is typically a wall - to separate the room from the bathtub / bathroom area. The toilet was behind a door, so there was privacy; however, that sliding door that opened up the room directly to the bathtub - I thought that was a little 'different' - I'd not seen that before. Also, the sliding door didn't block any light from shining through between the cracks if you were to leave that sliding door closed. It's like the sliding door didn't actually 'fit'. Anyway, it just seemed ... strange, to me. Other than that - this resort is gorgeous and we had the BEST time."

"If you want some quiet time then this would be the place for you. The staff are exceptionaly great and helpful. Very pleasant and welcoming. If you are looking for a plase to unwind and not to venture out then this is a perfect place. BUT if you want to go around and walk during the night then this place is about 20 minutes drive to downtown Plam Springs. So just take note of that. They do have great restaurants and close to golf courses, if you are staying for a day or a couple of days then this location will fill that "vacation feeling"."
