"Hotel lobby area by elevators dirty, rugs by elevators dirty, I stayed on the 7th floor and 3 day, I had to have front desk empty trash by elevators on the 7th floor. Unable to get a final bill for my stay, front desk agent could not print bill, older man at front desk, said I was rude because I requested a final bill. Front desk staff, Rude!!!! Told me to leave. This is unacceptable!!! If you can't treat people with respect, then don't work in hospitality. No water for customers in the lobby...
