Modern House with King Suite! Relaxing Retreat!

"This home was perfect for our family get together. We had 4 generations (9 people) stay at this home and it was perfect for all. The first floor is very accessible with 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 beautiful, clean bathrooms and the kitchen, dining room, living room and access to the deck overlooking a beautiful yard and the lower floor had 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and another more open area (entertainment area) with room to sleep more and access to the lower deck with the hot tub and the yard. This was a perfect area for the younger family members wanting to stay up later and have their own space. It was a great stay for all."

"The room was very clean and everything was in good repair. One exception was water pressure in the shower and a head that didn't get to everything! We didn't eat at the Bistro as it was way over priced in our opinion. There needs to be a sign out on the road where you enter like you're proud of the place. As it is is appears to just be a break in the weeds! All in all it was a great stay and we'll be back again."

"This property was well taken care of. The room was clean and fresh linens and supplies were provided. Shower was hot and the tv had lots of channels. We had no issues with staff or check in or check out. Will stay again"

"This spot is always a great option for us. We have a dog that loves to roam and walk around, so the space is perfect for that. Fair warning: the shower and toilet are outdoors, so this isn’t your average place to stay — it’s glamping. The unit itself is small but air-conditioned and comfortable for sleeping. Great price for a truly unique experience. The owners are great too — super responsive, but they also give you space to enjoy the place without interruptions."

"We loved staying in this Tiny Home. It was clean and cute, in the country but very close to shopping and restaurants in Nixa. We wanted something different from a cookie-cutter hotel and we were not disappointed. It is less than 20 mins from Springfield attractions and about 45 from Branson. Our host kept us updated on all check in and check out procedures. Don’t let the ladder to the loft scare you - the bed is so comfy and the view is also nice. 5 stars in my book - no complaints!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was exceptionally clean, and it was actually much more spacious than the photos online make it look. It served as the perfect home base for hosting family dinners with our local relatives.The location is unbeatable—it's super close to the local pool, which was great and very family-friendly. Plus, making the easy drive into Springfield to visit Bass Pro Shops and the aquarium was a total breeze. We’d love to stay here again!"
