"The location itself is great. It's quiet, comfortable, and within walking distance of many major attractions and dining/nightlife. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the space is perfect for a small group.The primary issue we ran into was a major leak between the kitchen and dining room. "Stayed at this wonderful apartment for 8 nights during Congress because it’s 1.5 miles away. Brought my dog who loved the extra room and grassy areas. At first I was a little worried about the neighborhood but after a day I was totally at ease and loved that the Kroger is directly across the street! Previous guest left the tv I’m French but the owner promptly fixed that. Will dry stay here next year"

"When first arriving, it appeared decent. The tv was broken when we attempted to turn it on, which we were able to get a replacement on day 3. The first night there was a huge leak from the ceiling in the first floor bathroom. No mention in the messages what theyd do about that. Just put a bucket and a towel so we could use the bathroom. The oven was unplugged and couldn't cook anything on the stove, and the outlet looked weird and exposed. Kinda sketchy. On the last night, there was a leak...

"Wife and I stayed here during repairs on our home. It kept us in the neighborhood. It had the space we needed, walking distance to some good places (e.g., Parsons North Brewing, Plank's on Parsons, IGA, etc.)."

"Host was extremely responsive and considerate of all our needs. Home was absolutely prestine and clean. Pictures are very accurate to what we experienced. I was happily surprised that the mattresses were ssoo comfy which isnt always the case. All of our needs were thought of before hand, especially the wonderful little coffee bar! I highly recommend staying here."
