"The place was as advertised and adequate for our large group of about 18-19 people. Check in process was easy and our group enjoyed our stay. The place had a large open kitchen and a large dining area. The backyard was large for kids to play badminton and soccer. If you are looking for a quiet place for a large group in Southern Vermont, give this place a consideration."

"I stayed at the farm house for two nights. It was relaxing and quiet. The property is beautifully kept, I was upgraded to a room with a fire place and very specious, I had a small problem with noise outside my window due to rain hitting the AC, the person in charged fixed it two minutes later. The breakfast at the restaurant was fresh and delicious, overall it was a great stay and I definitely recommend it and will come back with my family. "
