"Sisters, sisters-in-law, daughter, and Mom all got together for a weekend. This location was so perfect! There’s only one room that can be accessed without stairs, and the top bunkbed is high, but if you’re spry, those aren’t an issue. We’d definitely stay here again!"

"Its a beautiful cozy cottage. Easy to find, quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance of a small grocery store and cafe's. Tara was awesome sent a text so if I needed to reach out to her I could. The propeety was near ,cleaning and welcoming. I highly recommend if you are in need of a home away from home setting!"

"This is such a great place to stay! It has tons of beds, is so clean, has lots of helpful hints about the community, plenty of towels, and has easy check-in/check-out processes. The only bad thing is that we were only there for one night. We will definitely be back for a longer stay!!"

"Granted, it is an old house, but the uneven transitions of the floors in several rooms was a significant hazard we had to constantly help my mother negotiate. There was an exceptionally offensive smell in the bathroom area. It smelled (sorry to be explicit) like used feminine hygiene products that had not been properly disposed of. "I really enjoyed this house and would consider it again. It's super close to the grocery and to the coffee depot - and Maple Canyon, which is why we were in the area. The kitchen was well enough equipped that we were able to cook 3 meals there without any issues. The shower was nice and hot too. You will get some noise from the local HS football game, but it didn't bother us at all. One thing to keep in mind - if you have someone in your group allergic to perfume - this is not the right house...

"We enjoyed our stay in this historic home while visiting for a horse show. It was very nicely updated and had everything we needed. Spring City is such a cute little community with several yummy restaurants, a museum and art gallery all within 2 blocks of the house. Highly recommend!"

"This property is the perfect combination of comfort and rustic. Our room had everything we needed for a short stay: living area with small fridge and microwave, a large bedroom with three comfortable beds, and a full bathroom. The AC and fans made it quite comfortable. This was upstairs, which was challenging for me. Next time I might choose a ground floor apartment or cabin. The best thing about this place is the beautiful scenery, hiking trails, farm animals, and other recreational amenities....

"This place is amazing! It is surrounded by a bunch of beautiful juniper trees which helps with the wind and also making it QUIET. You can step outside and not hear anything other than the sounds of nature. The property has lots going for it. The outdoor pool in the summer is a nice little area, volleyball, and little walking trails. If you're down in this area, give it a go!"

"Cute place with a comfy bed and pillows. Well cared for. Loved the fan in the bedroom because we like it cool when we sleep. The only negative is that it was super hard to see the house number and walkway to the entrance in the dark. Bigger numbers that have a light on them and some solar walkway lights would be a SUPER easy fix to this problem. Would also suggest a sign on the entry door to “Watch your step in the stairs”. Very minor things that would make a big difference. Great place...
