New Hardwood floors! This updated townhome is in the heart of Mount Pleasant and just 10 minutes to Sullivan's Island, Isle of Palms and downtown Charleston. Take a dip in the community pool just steps from the front door. Or, take a quick walk to local shops and restaurants.
Enjoy two bedrooms each with comfy queen beds and ensuite bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs. The spacious living room provides a queen pullout couch and cable TV with apps. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking essentials including a Keurig for your morning cup of joe.
The front porch is great to hang out and enjoy the sun or grill up your favorites for dinner. Afterwards, stay in and watch a movie on the flat screen with access to all of your favorite shows and apps.

Comfortable Quiet in Mt Pleasant

If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable and quiet place in Mt Pleasant that is a short drive to downtown Charleston this is your place. The complex is on a quiet street just south of the main road. Publix grocery, restaurants and other stores are close. We would stay here again.

This was a great location for our trip to Charleston. Everything was conveniently near by. We enjoyed going to Folly Beach, Charleston, and other areas. I felt like this was just right in terms of what we needed. We had plenty of space for 2 couples. The kitchen was equipped with things we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location and very clean!

The home was clean, and the home was updated. Lots of towels and blankets in the bedrooms. We were here for a baseball tournament and it was perfectly located to where we needed to be. Host was very friendly and communicated quickly with us. The neighborhood is very quiet. The home is comfortable and we had a nice stay. Beds were comfortable . I would recommend this home and would stay again.

Perfect Little Townhome in Quiet Neighborhood

We stayed here while visiting our daughter in Charleston. The neighborhood was great. The location is prime. The townhome was very clean. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was great at this place! Very clean, had everything we needed, location was great, allowed my dog to stay with us, & the kids loved the pool! Highly recommend! Would stay here again when we are back in the Charleston area.

Perfect mini vacation

I love the location of this property. Far enough away from the heavy tourist traffic, but still close enough to everything you want to see and do. The townhouse is spacious, clean, and comfortable. I would recommend to anyone needing a place with two bedrooms.

Family Long Weekend

We headed down for a long weekend to visit family and meet a new baby in the family. Beautiful place. Will definately be back. Husband used to live in Mount P so was awesome to see the area.

Great Stay

Great place. Very clean! Had a hiccup with check-in but was handled quickly and no big deal. For our family it was perfect. We were there for a softball tournament at the Shipyard which was a short drive, but was also a short distance to anything else we wanted to do. Really enjoyed our stay.

Charleston Get Away

We had a wonderful time visiting the sights of Charleston. The house was clean and decorated nicely. It had everything we needed for a fun and comfortable friends’ getaway. In addition, the location was perfect for visiting the city and surrounding attractions. The owner was accessible throughout the trip whenever we contacted her. Would definitely stay there on our next visit!!

A family vacation

The property was very nice and peaceful. The location to stores such as grocery and drug stores was excellent. The only negative was limited TV stations available unless you logged into your own personal streaming accounts.

Great stay-away

We needed someplace to stay while our house was being shown in an open house. This proved to be the ticket. Clean, still close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the owner was always quick and easy.

Nice central location

Unit is located in a central, convenient location to downtown and surrounding Beach areas. Unit was clean and well appointed. Community pool is a bit lacking. Thanks!

Good location

Pretty nice place with one big issue - the second bedroom bed was very uncomfortable, sunk way down, very noisy. Needs a sturdy platform/box spring. Hinges on Main bedroom door coming off. Location is good, easy drive to Charleston and good things to do and places to eat in Mt. Pleasant area.

Clean and Comfortable

This was our first trip to the Charleston area. We found this unit to be incredibly clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. It is well-equipped with everything you need to enjoy a stay away from home. It is extremely convenient to dining, shopping, sightseeing and visiting the beach. (We chose Isle of Palms.) Megan was readily accessible by text with any questions we had. We appreciate the effort she has made to make this such a nice offering. Definitely would stay here again.
