Newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage. All new furnishings and appliances Spring 2019. Enough parking to bring your boat and the landing is 1 block away. Enjoy Shem creeks famous restaurants and nightlife. There are 18 restaurants, 2 coffee shops and a beverage super store all just a short walk from your home away from home. With outdoor TV for those fall football games this home has much to offer. The beaches of Sullivans island and Isle of Palms are 10 and 12 minutes drive while historic Charleston is only 15 minutes away. Pet Friendly with a fenced in back yard you will not be disappointed. The location was perfect for walking to many of the nearby restaurants and coffee shops.The owner, Joe, was easy to communicate with & he responded quickly when there was a minor issue. We rented the property for a month and enjoyed being walking distance to so many great restaurants and just a short drive into downtown Charleston. The boat ramp was 2 blocks away and it was helpful to be able to pull the trailer back to the house and park when the lot was full on busy days.

We loved staying at this quaint cottage while visiting Mt. Pleasant/IOP for a family reunion. The house was a perfect space for our family of 6! Comfy beds and pillows and a beautiful master shower! We appreciated having supplies for laundry and dishes.
