Welcome to Barbara Street! This home in the heart of Mt. Pleasant was completely renovated in 2023. When you step inside you find a beautiful open floor plan that connects the dining room, living room, and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and utensils. There's also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.

This home features 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs you will find the master bedroom down the hall with a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom downstairs and has access to a full bathroom in the hallway next to the large storage closet. Upstairs the two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub. The upstairs bedrooms are equipped with a queen bed and two twin beds. Additionally, there is a second living space off the kitchen downstairs equipped with a sleeper sofa. The washer and dryer are located in the second living space.

In the backyard you will find a beautiful large private deck. The deck has an outdoor dining table, a grill for cooking, and plenty of room to spread out. Relax and enjoy the wonderfully landscaped yard with a large 9 foot privacy fence. The backyard is anchored by a unique historic live oak tree that has grown uniquely since Hurricane Gracie in 1959.

Sullivans Island and its beaches are about a 5 minute car ride, and you can be downtown in less than 15 minutes. You cannot beat the Old Village!

Great location to visit Charleston

House is located in a great location to visit the Charleston area. Close to restaurants and shopping. The house was clean and spacious. Furnishings are nice. Beds are comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Beautiful backyard. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings and enjoying the natural beauty. Great neighborhood for walking our Ellie. Definitely would recommend. Charleston area. Close to restaurants and shopping.
