I have OCD, so cleanliness is something I’m particularly sensitive to—and this hotel was absolutely on point. The attention to detail and dedication from the staff was beyond impressive. I want to give special recognition to Philip, who went above and beyond—not only helping with laundry by drying and bagging it at 3 a.m., but also ensuring my son got something to eat even after the breakfast area had closed. That kind of care and service is rare. This hotel truly sets the gold standard, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay."
