"The rooms were very clean and quite spacious. We opted for a lower floor room which we prefer. Parking spaces aren't numbered so since our room was close to the stairs all the parks near our room were taken so we did have to park some distance from our room. The beds were very comfortable and the second room, while it had no window which I thought was strange, was actually really great because I was able to sleep in with no early sunlight or noise from outside. The garden could do with a bit...

"Pros: Nice large room, comfortable bed, scenic location, friendly staff, complementary wine tasting. Cons: very small mini fridge (no freezer). Only 2 coffee pods for the coffee machine. Would stay here again."

"Good"

"Friendly welcome. The accommodation needs a refurbishment."

"The property was advertised as having a restaurant bar and café. This was misleading as the bar restaurant and café in the pictures are closed permanently. There were no staff on site. I rang the number on the door and there was no answer. I messaged through Expedia and they have refused ro respond. I have requested a refund as the advertising is misleading and there is still no response or refund. As I write this they are still advertising they have a restaurant and bar and taking money. The...

"Clean room, good heating and easy parking. Would stay again."

"A truly amazing place to stay for independent adult travellers. It's not far from Port Willunga, McLaren Vale and road connections, but it is comparatively remote. You have to be self-sufficient as the staff are not on site most of the time. Expect to drive for shops, restaurants etc - and as there are no cooking facilities, you need to do that, or have meals delivered - but that is the charm. To see wallabies lolloping by at dusk or dawn, honey-eaters busy among the flowers, the horizon of...

"remote check in and out easy and quick. great communication."

"I wish I could’ve stayed an extra night! The CABN was so cute! I followed a previous travelers advice and brought my own bath mat as the water from the shower goes everywhere and no one likes cold feet! Unfortunately there was no salt available as stated, so it’s lucky we had brought our own otherwise it would be annoying to drive back to town. I had magical mornings waking up with the fire and reading a book looking out at the pines. Just wish you couldn’t see the other CABNS! To make it...

"Cabin was quite small, thought there would be a lounge, but no room. Bit odd going thru bedroom to get to toilet. But was a nice park"

"Well located in town with easy access to services and food outlets. Good information for local wineries, accessible by car or bike hire within walking distance. Great place to stay."
