"We were traveling the Alcan to get back home to Alaska and wow, this was by far the best, most comfortable place we stayed! The staff was amazing, the restaurant was fantastic, and the room was clean and cozy. Perfect location to go for an amazing lake walk and to walk to downtown. Will stay here if/when I return!"

"The hotel has an excellent location, and both the room and bathroom were very clean. The staff was friendly. However, I have a couple of comments: there isn't enough parking available for guests, so you have to find a spot around the hotel. Fortunately, parking is free from 6 PM to 8 AM. Additionally, the soundproofing could be improved; our rooms was on the first floor, and we could hear everything happening above us. Overall, we really like the hotel "

"I would tell people to not judge a book by its cover. Although the property looks a bit worn on the outside, it is plush and comfy on the inside. Lived up to its billing and I would stay again if I am in the area. "
