Its an extended stay so people around look homely. You can smell marijuana in certain parts of the hallway. Couches were rupped and stained and need to be replaced. Had to call down for remotes for the bedrooms(2 bedroom suite) Staff was nice, room was clean and size of rooms were decent. Was on top floor so didmt have to worry about noise on top of us although the doors slam really hard so you can hear that. Full kitchen was clutch.

I usually don’t do reviews especially bad ones, but this took the cake. I must admit the room wasn’t dirty. However there were roaches in the bathroom and on the bed. A little back story: I arrived to the Hotel to check in. The front desk was very professional at the time at check in. After I checked in , I wanted to look at the room to see how it looked. When I walked in, it was “pretty clean” and not a bad room. I didn’t thoroughly look at the room because I was trying to get something to eat with my lady. Mind you it’s around 9:45, 10pm. After we came back from getting food. It’s around 11pm, 11:30. Mind you we didn’t even have no bags, nothing in the room until we came back from getting food. When we arrived to room. We walked in, you know how women are. She went right to that bed to check for bedbugs and went to the bathroom. Soon as I get in the bathroom, there was a roach casually walking on the sink countertop, and one walking up the wall in the shower. Then I hear my lady shout “it’s a roach on the bed” so you know what that means. We are leaving and Take your butt down to the front desk and get your money back. That’s what I did. Soons I get to the lobby there are guest down there for the same exact thing I’m there for….ROACHES. When I went to the front desk to tell the lady. Immediately her face expression change like she was offended that I ask for a refund. Mind you I didn’t use the room. So she tried to excuse us that we use the room and we can’t get a refund

Great stay

We had the 2 bedroom suite and we loved it the beds are queen size and you still have a nice size sofa bed. Full size fridge and stove and a microwave. This room is great. The staff is polite and willing to help you. The only downside is no pool or breakfast.

The best place EVER

Mainstay had the best employees ever. The managers are the best and completely reasonable. They make sure all of your needs are taking care of at all times night or day. The rooms are extremely clean and beds are comfortable. I would recommend mainstay to anyone for any occasion. They are equip to handle all your needs. Business or pleasure. Hands down the best extended stay I’ve ever been too.

Not bad

Overall the stay was nice. There were some issues with the condition of the room. The window didn’t shut all the way causing the room to feel humid and damp, and the bathroom door didn’t shut properly. But the room was clean and the employees were all very nice so all together not a bad experience.
