"The pool was not in operation; the water park was closed, they didn’t have complimentary or for sale breakfast, the bar/lounge was closed, they only clean your room every two days; unless you ASK for your room to be cleaned AND the parking lot (closest to the trees) was filled with trash/liter. So, if all you need/want is some place to sleep, this is the place for you. ZERO amenities to speak of."

"What an experience here at the double tree in mount laurel NJ smh. DoubleTree by Hilton From first glance it’s a beautiful hotel but it seems that service isn’t a priority because during our stay here this weekend it has been 92 degrees and the humidity is high as well. We have requested assistance for them to service the air conditioning because it’s NOT working, the person came last night and reset it and it still didn’t work so he gave us a fan, so basically blowing heat around smh. Requested help today, someone came and did the same thing as the other guy and it still doesn’t work. It’s been 78 degrees in this room since we’ve been here smh. It’s really ridiculous and to make things worse we have three little kids with us. It’s way too hot outside for this to be an issue that is not prioritized for paying customers, especially because the room is NOT cheap. We have also requested after speaking to the Manager to be moved to a different room and were told we would be moved in 2 hours which was followed by a call from Front Desk saying they can't move us and would have someone up to the room to fix the AC in 30 minutes. No one showed smh we are in town for a funeral so it's already been a tough weekend. Honestly didn't expect this kind of service."

"no pool. elevator didn't work. only two large spoons and one fork and two carving knives. Only one large towel and one face towel. Since two people in the room had to go to front desk to get another set. Rugs and cabinets need repair and/or replacement Fitness room was in disrepair and didn't resemble any of the website pictures"
