"Front desk lady are extremely rude and unhappy, amenities terrible, they doesn't have in every room soap, towels or toothpaste. I requested and she was very uncomfortable to help. At least she gave us (4 person) 1 single and very tiny soap, that she found it inside into the other room to get it. And gave us 4 towels. Breakfast was good. Place was good."

"This was a typical Holiday Inn Express....clean, comfy bed, quiet room, good breakfast selections, friendly staff. The only thing that could have been better was the towels are kind of scratchy and could use replacement. This one was a bit far from the interstate, but I knew that when I reserved it, and it was easy to find by GPS. We almost always reserve Holiday Inn Express hotels when traveling because the quality is consistent and we know we'll be getting a clean room at a reasonable price."

"The people / staff are making up for the owners slack off approach to renovations. Weaksauce. Doesn’t. Smelly elevator. Go to the Hampton instead while these owners slowly renovate. "
