"It was very comfortable it felt like home away home. The appliances were very clean as if they were never used. The view from the balcony was awesome especially at night. It was my first vacation by the Lake and we did enjoy it as well as the peaceful surroundings. The experience was amazing and we are already thinking about another trip to Hot Springs. Thank you. "The home was as cute as it could be with many homey touches that made you feel at home. Everything you could need was available and then some. We enjoyed the beautiful view and hanging out on the porches and deck..Donna was very accommodating when we decided to change our reservation from July to September because of the oppressive heat. But then it was almost as hot in September but the house and decks were all comfortable. She was also quick to respond when we had questions. . I wish we had been able to use the kayaks she had available, which was a great perk.. The hot tub was also a wonderful touch, but we didnt take advantage of it. The robes provided were such a great touch! There were alot of steps into the house but the adjacent ramp was great for my husband. I loved all The beautiful lights at night.I look forward to another stay in the future."

"This was a most pleasant stay! Very pretty and calming location right on the water. Only complaints was the heat…. In afternoon the door which was metal got so hot I burned myself and the A/C just couldn’t keep up. Not the properties fault, just climate change heating up our earth! Some complained about the bed being too hard but I had no complaints. Just the heat!"

"The Farmhouse was the perfect place for our family to gather and honor the memory of our Mamma/Nanny. Mom was a 16-yr old Girl Scout the first time she dipped her toes in the Caddo and we know she was smiling down on us 80 years later. We could all comfortably gather for meals and family games, but also find a quiet place for old or young to nap when needed. Just the ideal spot for us----we shall return!!"
