"The staff that I encountered were absolutely amazing and very helpful. The room as a whole had outlets that weren't working. The flooring had parts where it was coming apart. We came in to the room and the AC was leaking maintenance took care of it immediately and was super nice! Owner needs to do repairs to the rooms. Staff bent over backwards to help."

"Upon check-in, my key did not work for the door, housekeeper let me in. 1130 that evening. Somebody tried to break/enter into my room because the front desk supposedly put me in the wrong room and then gave the room to another!! Stayed for several nights my room key never worked. I had to go down each and every time to get it reset. Was offered a free Gatorade or something from their Takeaway food.
