"The door entrance you sent via a picture was not the main door. I then walked around and found the lockbox. I had requested if some lights could be on because I had a late arrival at 10pm and they were not. The dock to the patio to get in is a bit far from the dock. You should have a handrail built there especially since you don’t allow the boat to leave. Using a hose that hangs from the ceiling to balance myself carrying my luggage to the patio is very unsafe. Nice place to stay if you have a pet

"I booked a room for a night to visit my nephew. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. When I checked in, my tv wasn’t working in my room. I called the front desk and someone came to fix it within five minutes. Apparently, the previous guest unplugged it."
