"The room was spacious and had a private open air bath. Amenities, laundry, and luggage storage can be found in the lobby. They offer a breakfast buffet that had plenty of vegetables and steak available daily. The staff was pleasant and it felt like a quiet area in the neighbourhood. I would recommend this hotel."

The lobby is gorgeous, with wonderful artwork in various locations, including just off the elevators on the second floor, the lobby itself, and their club room. Speaking of which, nothing particularly special about the offerings in the club room. No service person on duty. Just help yourself to some wine and soft drinks. Our room there was spacious, well-appointed, and within an easy walk to Hakata train station."

"Location was ideal for our four night stay. Located a short walk from Kokura Station, we were able to get checked in and into a restaurant for dinner within 45 mins of arriving by train from Osaka. Room was clean, and adequate in size for four adults. There was no servicing of the room during the stay, which meant damp towels some days. Kitchenette had the basics which was helpful for heating up combini meals."
