"Hotel staff was extremely helpful and our room was perfect! So quiet and clean. I loved the extra blanket in the closet because my room temperature is different from my husband idea room temperature. The breakfast was the absolute BEST BREAKFAST we have ever had hands down!! We also rode the shuttle to and from Universal Studios which made our trip a breeze! Thank you Hampton Inn for making our stay PERFECT! "

"Honestly the only problem my wife and I found was that when I scanned the QR code in the elevator and pulled up the menu it said there would be omlets available for breakfast. Every morning when we went down there were no omlets so that was disappointing."

"Loved our stay at Surfside!! Very clean room/facilities room accommodated the four of us comfortably. Cafe downstairs was a lovely options to have after spending all day at Universal Parks. Starbucks in lobby was also another pleasant options to have. The staff team know what they are doing and do it well everyone was super friendly and happy to help with any of my question. I would recommend anyone to stay here!!"
