"I believe everything was perfect. I think the biggest problem was that there was no overhang to get to the carport so we got rained on all the time. And you have a lot of Europeans that go to your hotel who still smoke cigarettes and they had to smoke at the exit with no cover over them or no place to sit and I think that is not cool."

"Stunning location and beautiful hotel. It’s not far at all from hard rock and a short free boat ride to universal. Staff were more than helpful and always happy. I’ve stayed in hard rock before but I’ll stay here from now on. There’s a universal shop , a few restaurants, multiple pools and quick service options for breakfast/ fast dinner. Also appreciated the onsite starbucks"
