The thermostat didn’t work at all and they had 1 portable AC unit in the living room area that was not strong enough to cover the whole unit so only the living room got somewhat cool. "The guy at check in was of no help to us at all offering no solutions for us trying to check in and he just sat there. We ended up finding out we had to call the owners of the room to get a room number and undergo a confirmation thing that was NEVER sent to us in the first place, so it took an extra 30 minutes longer to check in than usual.
