"The unit is old and dated. The bed was hard and sheets were scratchy. There weren’t enough covers on the bed either. I liked this unit having a dog. Easy to get in and out. "

"we loved staying at this house so much! the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies, the views were beautiful, the living space is huge, and the pool table was really fun. lots of seating in the living space including a huge sectional couch, a big two person chair, 4 other chairs around another coffee table, and another table you can sit at. that’s just in the living room! there’s also a dining table with good seating too. a rare find to have such a great hang out space!also, every room except the bunk room has a private bathroom attached, which was amazing. and there’s an extra bathroom upstairs the bunk room could use. also most of the bedrooms are downstairs, while the living space is upstairs, so people who went to bed early weren’t affected by any noise from the living room. check in and check out were both super easy. the owners sent us detailed info about everything and were super communicative and easy to get a hold of. the house was super clean when we checked in! also it’s nice that all rooms had bathroom trash cans and trash cans in the room. and the bathrooms had nice puffs tissue boxes — a must in the mountains!lastly, we didn’t have to take any ubers or anything during our stay here because the town has free public transport that picks you up at the house and takes you to the base of the mountain. this is one of the best places our friend group has ever stayed! we will definitely book this place again in the future!"

"Host was not accommodating. Communications contained a tinge of annoyance and condescension. Host refused my request to park at the Grand Lodge when I arrived before check-in time and wanted to ski. Even though the lot at the Grand Lodge was nearly empty, I had to park in a remote lot and trek to the lifts in my ski boots. Unit is poorly lit - giving the impression of staying in a dingy cave. Unit is not well maintained. The shower handle is loose, making temperature control a challenge. The dresser drawers will not stay shut. I had to wedge paper towels between the doors to keep them closed. The kitchen is not conducive to food preparation. The sink is a “wet bar” sink that is too small to wash a plate or a pan and there is no dishwasher. The kitchen waste basket is undersized for its purpose. Host did not supply salt or pepper. Host supplied the wrong filter for the drip coffee maker. Host did not supply coffee for the drip coffee maker. TV did not have any streaming capability. I had to watch the Olympics on my iPad. I will not stay with this host again - there are so many better better hosts and rental units out there."

"They change us from the plaza to condos called evergreen. It was dated. Coffee or leaked dishwasher didn’t work properly. And there was a fake fireplace instead of a real one "
