"We are avid birders and really loved the amazing views on the “Birdwatchers’ Lookout” (an expansive deck) of this cabin. We spotted over 30 birds in the 3 days we were here. The cabin is the lower level of a home on the highest level of the area which overlooks everything else. The space is larger than we expected and has exquisite decor, appliances, and products. The location is not really walkable to the Summerhaven village, but is only a few minutes by car. We appreciated having WiFi available and never used the TV, but it is a big screen. We brought a supply of ice cubes and were glad we did because there are only ice cube trays available and they take a while to freeze. The 2 bedrooms have very comfortable beds (queen in one room and 3 twins in the other) mattresses, linens, and pillows.Top quality ground coffee was provided, along with teas and chocolate. In addition there is plastic wrap and aluminum foil along with a wide variety of excellent spices. Popcorn and all the needed poppers are provided, but we didn’t use that.Unlike so many vrbo places, there were top quality shampoo, conditioner, soaps and lotion products available for our use.We use vacation rentals often in our travels and we feel we were very lucky to find this one. We will definitely return!"

"Nice cabin within walking distance of Summerhaven, as long as you can handle the very steep hill. Kitchen is sufficient, bring your own pots and pans if you plan on doing any real cooking. Nice space on the porch with great views. Beds aren't particularly comfortable but they're not horrible."

"This was a wonderful house for the multi-generational group that we had. The wifi worked very well and the staff was very fast in responding to a small issue. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was more than adequate. The only thing that I would warn about is the amount of stairs. It will not work well for a person with mobility issues."
