"I loved the location, and the room was exceptional. There was a real difference in service depending on the day, however. I wish I had recorded the name of the exceptional staff member who checked me in Sunday Morning. She was friendly and professional and have me a fantastic range of activities to do while was waiting for my room to be ready. When I returned, she remembered me and asked me how it went. Phenomenal intro to the hotel. The free breakfast was a highlight when the regular staff member was working. The guy who covered for her on her days off was about an hour later than her getting the cooked food ready, forgot to put out some items and generally looked stressed and unhappy. It also took three days of asking in the morning to get my shampoo dispenser filled, although someone did refill the soap which was 75% full already and left the shampoo empty, which was nice.
