"Front desk was awsome and our waitress at dinner was very good. The only poor thing was our service at brunch. The waitress brought us the wrong meal and then argued with us about it when we pointed out the error. We had indicated that one of us doesn't eat meat, which was why we ordered the vegetarian option. She brought us a bison burger and then was unable to privide a vegetarian option for the guest who does not eat meat. She argued that she had not made the mistake and that we had misordered. "

"Great family stay at the Osoyoos beach. We booked One bedroom Suite. It had a queen bed in the room, and another queen bed in the common area. There was another dpuble sofa bed in the common area as well. Perfect for our family of 5. The photos dont show exactly the configuration, so we were cautious befre we checked in, but it was great fot for us. The bedroom itself is tiny, hardly a room for the queen bed there, but its a separate bedroom nonetheless with a door which we needed. Bathroom was clean, and water pressure great. Brekfast was included and was very basic. No hot brekfast, but we liked fruit options and different bagels there. Highlight for my kids was the pool with the slide. Pool was shallow (3' to 5'), so perfect was kids. Hot tub was relaxing and clean. The beach is private, but not very clean. We didnt go to water, but it was off putting seeing the algae in the water. Not sure if it gets cleaned before the summer, but my kids soent their time on the sand making castles so they were happy. We liked the stay, and would forward to coming here again."

"It's unusual that you could only check in between 3-5 p.m., which could be inconvenient for travelers. Fan/air conditioner in one of the rooms around us was so noisy we had difficulty sleeping. Light in the bathroom popped and we were left with a tiny bit of flickering light (which isn't their fault because no one can predict when that will happen) but we did advise the motel so it could be fixed. However, despite that, the room/bedding/towels etc. were clean and the rate was reasonable. "
