Found this place by chance (and great price in the area) and this was far by the best place we have stayed in by far. The 2B had enough room for my family and it was so clean and comfortable. Felt like staying in a little rustic cabin which fits the area perfectly. Short walk to the lake. Heated pool which was nice for the kids since it was still a little chilly. And this was the best night...

"Great location, close to the Sand Harbor Beach, Tahoe City, and various hiking and biking trails. Great communication with manager, easy check-in, well stocked kitchen, beds very comfortable. Neighbors are very quiet respectful. The condo is in the front row of the complex so the road noise can be a little noisy during normal rush hour times, but quiet most of the other times of the day and evening. It might be a problem for some people, but we'll take a little road noise over loud neighbors any...

"Pros: This is a great location, especially if skiing at Diamond Peak. Very nice and clean property. Cons: The bedding is quite skimpy, especially for winter. The thermostats would reset to 50 degrees in the middle of the night, and had to be manually increased nightly. The microwave is challenging to figure out, with no instructions, even though previous renters left the same feedback. There are no shovels, and the property/roads did not get plowed. This could have become a BIG problem if the...

"Our stay was wonderful. The condo is well stocked for a quick two night stay. We did not cook but brought food in. It faces a creak on both sides. Walkways were clean with a bit of iced over snow which was slippery and needed extra caution. I appreciate the management companies communication. We will definitely return."

Con: Parking Card was not available when we arrived (same item was reported in past reviews). Instruction on how to lock the door should be given/emailed on the day of check in. Overall, happy with our stay - reasonable rate compared to 2 similar properties nearby."
