"This place was total dump and needs A LOT of TLC. It’s too bad because it could be a really nice spot. Don’t be deceived by the photos and reviews. It was really run down and smelled. The carpet was ripped and stained. I was afraid to walk around in bare feet in fear I would get some sort of disease. The walls were beat up and paper thin. We could clearly hear the people next door talking and coughing up a lung. There were also spider webs on the ceiling. It’s advertised has having a balcony....

"Perfect location, 5-10 minute walk to Weir’s Beach and everything around. Perfect place to stay for the holiday weekend. The pool was nice to cool off. Clean and organized space. Would stay again!"

"Fantastic location in Wolfeboro! Easily walkable to downtown locations via the Cotton Valley Rail Trail, which also provides ample dog walking opportunities. Fantastic outdoor spaces (both public and private)."

"Property dated, bed uncomfortable, absolutely frills but very close to NH Pavilion."

"I liked that it was close to the pavilion and had a nice view. The property looked nice for early season. It was loud this weekend due to bike week. I had a small issue with the entry as I didn’t see at first the electronic key pad and was trying to open the master lock key box. As I was only able to communicate by e mail there was no short term communication help available"

"Perfect location for our quick trip! The house was very and clean and cozy set in a nice quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need and check in and check out process was very easy. Also i was pleased to see a dog runner already on site at both the front and back of the house for our little pup.We made a couple of trips up to North Conway for shopping and dinner and we also explored some of the local hiking trails in the area. The local Tamworth farmer's...

"The studio is in an older building but has been meticulously remodeled and decorated. It is very well appointed. Perfect for families with a Murphy bed for the kids and lots of games. The pool area has been upgraded and is very comfortable and clean. It is only a few miles from Weir’s Beach, Meredith (Lake district), and the concert Pavillon. Great value. Wonderful hosts. Highly recommend."

"Condo was very clean, rooms her good sized, each having a separate bathroom was ideal. Also centrally located for attending Laconia bike week. About 4 miles from Weirs beach, walking distance to Cumberland Farms. The host, Margaret, was exceptional. Would highly recommend."

"Great cabin in the woods! Nice amount of space for our family trip. Great access to trails and state parks. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the community center."

"Nice clean place and a very responsive host, the two major things you’d want from any rental."

"We had a lovely stay at the Cottages and feel as though we found such a GEM of a place. We definitely hope to come back! It was absolutely perfect for us and the attention to detail was truly amazing. We appreciated the kitchenette to cook in. The outside sitting area was so perfect! We LOVED how close to the downtown area of Wolfeboro it was--the location is perfect. Nice and quiet, which we also appreciated. Thank you SO MUCH!"
