You've found it, the perfect spot for your next vacation! This Winnipesaukee waterfront contemporary home has 4+ bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and extensive glass facing the lake which makes for wonderful lake and mountain views. The property is sited with western exposure. You'll enjoy amazing sunsets over the lake and mountains from the wrap-around porch. Perhaps best of all, there is a large walk-in sand beach, u-shaped dock for a boat up to 22' feet in length, swim raft, canoe, 2 kayaks for you to enjoy! Please note, the amount of exposed beach changes with the lake level. No fires allowed. Don't miss out on this great location for your family!

If you would like to rent linens, the fee for this property is $120 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities at the lake house were as advertised and added to our experience. The provision of the kayaks and paddle boards was a great amenity, we expected the kayaks but not the paddle boards. The beach is big enough that the grandkids could play on the beach alongside the kayaks (we brought 3 ourselves) without feeling crowded.
