Exactly how it was described and perfect for our dads 70th birthday treat. 6 adults and 2 children , plenty of space, pool and hot tub made it extra special . The house in which the gite is located is on the highway into Montreal but it is not noisy and I was able to leave the windows open at night and not be bothered by traffic sounds. "Elizabeth and her husband are the most amazing hosts. We were greeted with home grown and home made produce which was such a lovely touch. The house is amazing. So much space and a fantastically appointed kitchen. The area is sublime; peaceful; beautiful; a natural paradise. The private pool is wonderful and a great size. It was the perfect relaxing interlude to our trip. Can’t praise the place enough. Wonderful!"

"This apartment was well situated to easily walk through Chablis. It was very clean and had good amenities. No breakfast is served; but we picked up berries, yogurt the night before, and walked to get baguette/pastries in the morning, as the French do! This was a very quiet place to stay, despite being on a main road in town. This is definitely a place to stay! "
