VILLA OLEANDER is a luxury, air conditioned villa with 3 bedrooms (all with en suite bathrooms) in Mougins, sleeping 6. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs and one downstairs.
The open plan kitchen, living room and dining room make for a wonderfully convivial vacation space for a family or group of friends.

Set within a mature, south-facing, Mediterranean garden with breath-taking views over the Old Village (15-20 mins walk), the Bay of Cannes and the Esterel Mountains.

Just 20 minutes from Nice Airport and 6km from Cannes.

The terraced gardens are beautifully landscaped and secluded with high hedges and include a private, heated swimming pool, pool house, table tennis and full sized boules court.
We also have a well equipped games room.

The villa has private parking for 3 cars and is secured by remote controlled electric gates.

We pride ourselves on excellent communication and service, and exceeding expectations.

The wonderful view has defined the standard for which we have tried to follow in all that we have done at the villa.

Children are very welcome at Villa Oleander and we have plastic boules for the boules court and plenty of inflatables for the heated pool.
We accept well behaved pets with prior approval.

More on our location

Villa Oleander has the perfect view of the medieval village of Mougins, famous in the French Riviera for its superb restaurants, art galleries and surrounding golf courses.
Thanks to excellent road links, Mougins is only 20 minutes from Nice Airport, yet retains its peaceful village charm.
Only 6km from Cannes and the Mediterranean Sea, Mougins is also home to the 427 hectare National Parc de La Valmasque and Lake Fontmerle, giving it a semi rural feel.
At a height of 260 metres, Mougins is beautifully maintained, its winding pedestrian streets filled with art galleries and over a dozen fabulous restaurants. Pablo Picasso chose Mougins as the place to spend his last 12 years, and his studio was in the Old Village. Other famous people who have chosen to live in Mougins include Fernand Léger, Jean Cocteau, Yves Saint Laurent, Winston Churchill and Édith Piaf.
Alain Ducasse and Roger Vergé have managed restaurants in the village and now, famous chef Denis Fetisson, owns two of our many wonderful restaurants.
Mougins is fortunate to have the excellent Musée de la Photographie, the Femmes Artistes du Musée and each year hosts the International Gastronomy Festival of Mougins.
